The urn is not only a perfect likeness, but it also captures the spirit and personality of my dog in a way I didn’t think was possible. Julia was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I wanted, kept me updated at every stage, and was so accommodating when I asked for changes in the glaze color. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cared about creating something meaningful. When the urn arrived, it was carefully packaged, with ample styrofoam and bubble wrap so nothing got damaged. This piece is now the centerpiece of my pet’s memorial shelf, and I will treasure it forever.
